Look at what they're planning to achieve, an IRNSS and not IG(Global)NSS. (why am I so not-thrilled? well, I don't trust them Yankies etc.! And I believe that if you can redo the rockets and super computers on your own, then do all those things that you can... And when you do them, do them grand. Why do we always have to wait for a decline-of-request on Tech transfer to stand-up?) Well, at least now I'm also not very sullen at paying taxes religeously.
