Amazing image enhancing technique

Here is a Video demonstrating a paper presented at SIGGRAPH 2007 by researchers from Mitsubishi Electric research Lab and The Interdisciplinary Center & MERL.

They demonstrate resizing / adapting / re-targeting / Continuous resizing of images.
