This is the latest custom search idea :-

1) Place a on-the-fly custom search box on a page

2) The search results will include results also from the sites that the page links to

From a blogging perspective, that means the search results would include content from your content links and all your commentators blogs. That’s pretty nifty. Google even keep tab of the changes in the links dynamically further once setup.

This on-the-fly custom search could prove to be a boon for directory owners who no longer needs to go through manual creation of a CSE.

What would make this nicer?

1) Option to ‘target’ valid link areas

2) Option to eliminate ‘nofollow’ links from the search results

Get the On the Fly Search box code from the Google Co-Op site.

Here is a test. I link to  Gadget Reviews and Emad Fanous. So the search results on the following should include their content too. Check it out!
